The Aquatic Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the day to day facility operations of the Aquatics Department and inter company/outside facility contracts.
In addition, this position is accountable to the leadership and development of the lifeguard staff, as well as the overall safety and emergency preparedness/incident evaluation.
Special projects may be assigned as needed.
High School or greater degree is required.
Zero to two years related experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Certified Pool Operator Certification.
Full-time position - 32 hours per week.
