Position Summary

  • Oversees and is directly responsible for the operations and service delivery of all physician practices within the assigned area.

  • Develops and refines processes to continually improve practice operations including workflows, physician and team member recruiting/engagement, financial/budget development and monitoring, quality and population health initiatives, patient access, physician compensation, and patient experience.

  • Partners with Vidant Medical Group, hospital, and organization leadership in a number of strategic initiatives aimed at practice growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 year college degree.
  • Healthcare Management, Business or Related Field.
  • MHA or MBA with progressive multi-site practice management experience preferred.
  • 5 plus years of experience.
  • Healthcare Management experience preferred.
  • CMPE or FACHE Certification preferred.

Other Information

  • Full-Time position, benefit eligible
  • On-Site position for the Administrator of Regional operations for Vidant Medical Group in Greenville, NC
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
