About ECU Health Duplin Hospital

ECU Health Duplin Hospital is an 81-bed facility located in Kenansville, North Carolina. The 15-bed emergency department serves approximately 25,000 patients per year. In addition to providing general medical and surgical services, ECU Health Duplin Hospital offers chemotherapy and other cancer infusion interventions and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center.

Position Summary

The Food Service Tech II provides direction for all catering functions and provides support to Food and Nutrition Manager in all aspects of the department for a smooth flow. Maintains organized office with supplies and keeps files well organized. Processes invoices for payment and files invoices and vendor information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic Skill Set or higher

Preferred Requirements

  • High School or Equivalent (GED)- or higher.

Other Information

  • PRN (as needed); 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 10:00am-6:30pm
  • Every other weekend
  • Food and Nutrition Services Department
