This is where team members are more than just coworkers – they’re friends, family and neighbors. Where you are supported from the very beginning – starting with great compensation, a commitment incentive of up to $30,000 and comprehensive benefits to support your health and well-being.

We are looking for emergency, intensive care, intermediate or progressive, and general medicine nurses with at least two years of experience and a desire to explore eastern North Carolina – to join ECU Health’s enterprise float pool.

The region offers an incredibly varied landscape and the lifestyles that go with it. But whatever appeals to you — city lights, stunning shorelines or small-town charm — you can count on a few similarities across the Coastal Plain that spans east of I-95 to the Outer Banks: four distinct seasons, exceptional quality of life and weather that entices you outdoors.
