Prerequisites and Information

  • ADN or BSN required
  • North Carolina RN license must be active prior to start date
  • 0-6 months of hospital RN experience
  • Full-time position
  • Cohorts start in February and during the summer
  • You will work the schedule of your clinical coach(s) throughout orientation
  • Shift and weekend differentials are available after completing residency orientation.
  • Nursing students can work with us as Nursing Assistants while in nursing school.
