Position Summary

The Recruitment Media Specialist is responsible for providing all print and digital media communications and strategies across a variety of platforms including web, social media, online communities, direct mail, and print ads used to recruit candidates to Vidant Health.

Responsibilities

Supports all internal and external communication efforts for the purpose of candidate recruitment by using mediums such as web, social media, online communities, direct mail, email, print advertising, etc. Stays abreast of industry trends and provides recommendations for keeping recruitment marketing efforts current and competitive with other health systems across the country.

Implements projects to drive candidates to the Vidant Health web site and social media venues to create global awareness for career opportunities at Vidant Health.

Maintains current sources of marketing/advertising and communication while seeking to add additional avenues to reach candidates.

Collaborates with Marketing and Communication department to maintain all web sites used for recruitment including digital and print advertisement, social media.

Develops and implements new methods of engaging candidates for recruitment through social media venues, digital and print advertising.

Collects, analyze, and report data to create targeted recruitment strategies for opportunities at Vidant Health.

Tracks month over month analytics and other social media traffic to define and monitor candidate behavior and engagement.

Collaborates with vendors on candidate recruitment trends and overall strategy to create a global awareness for the Vidant Health brand and recruitment opportunities.

Monitors industry trends and provides recommendations to ensure Vidant Health remains competitive in the field of recruitment. Researches market competitiveness when new recruitment searches are implemented.

Utilizes appropriate communications platforms, promotional events, digital, print and other marketing material to increase and drive the recruitment strategy for Vidant.

Develops content of job advertisement material for Recruiters.

Coordinates photo shoots and video sessions for recruitment related activities in cooperation with the Marketing and Communications department.

Develops strategy/content calendar to include digital and print advertisements, conferences, societies, seminars, luncheons, etc.

Assists with annual budgetary planning and maintains budgetary responsibilities throughout the year.

Analyzes return on investments for all sources of advertisement. Makes alternate recommendations if ROI is not yielding positive outcomes.

Maintain relationships with alliances for cost saving implementations.
Attends national conferences and physician recruitment events to promote the Vidant Health brand.

Organizes after hours events for Brody School of Medicine residents and fellows.

Plans and coordinates bi-monthly lunch and learn meetings with recruitment assistant and locums coordinator.

Minimum Requirements

Four year degree in Marketing/Communications, business, or a related field.

Marketing degree preferred

Two to four years related experience working in recruitment, marketing, human resources, or similar role in a healthcare setting preferred.

Other Information

Hybrid postion - will be expected to come into the office one day per week

Must live in our service area

Monday through Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
