Position Summary
1.Collaborates with Manager to achieve program objectives and overall program mission.
2.Assists with the development and planning of programs to support the department.
3.Develops relationships with and acts as a liaison to internal and external contacts.
4.Assists with data collection, data entry and other computer needs supporting department objectives as appropriate.
5.Attends staff meetings and assists program staff to meet department needs.
Minimum Requirements
High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or education
2 to 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Program Assistant or Database Support.
One year of progressively related experience, beyond three years may be substituted for 1 year of the required education, with a maximum substitution of two years.
