Position Summary
The Consultant of Workforce Experience at Vidant Health will ensure we offer a hybrid, remote and onsite work environment that attracts, develops and retains top talent to achieve our mission. This position helps develop and enhance the team member journey from pre-recruitment to post-employment by creating meaningful experiences that are connected to our values. In this highly visible role, this position builds department level relationships and partnerships throughout the organization to ensure talent identification and development are inclusive.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree required in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology or closely related field.
Four years of relevant experience in workforce experience, talent mobility, team member engagement, change management or human resources
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and measure strategies to attract, develop and retain top talent
Proven experience managing high-profile projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to promote an inclusive work environment and support workforce diversity, well-being and resilience
Strong organizational development facilitation and developmental coaching skills
Confident facilitator and presenter to all levels in the organization, including department level leaders
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize work for self and team to meet deadlines and objectives
Proven experience leading projects from conception through measurement
Ability to think strategically by synthesizing data to develop innovative solutions to achieve business goals
Proven ability to work effectively with people across all levels of the organization
Experience in providing strategic communications counsel to senior executives and leaders with a demonstrated ability to influence outcomes
Demonstrated experience in organizational change
Our Preferred Requirements
Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology or closely related field
Experience in a complex health care system, including an Academic Medical Center
Proven results in attracting, developing and retaining top talent in hybrid, remote and onsite work environments
HR, Coaching, Process Improvement and Project Management professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP, CPC, ACC and others
