Position Summary

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruiting team. Provides administrative support on items such as interviewing, calendaring, greeting candidates, facilitating the onsite/virtual interview process, recruiting/sourcing, phone screens, tracking candidates, scheduling meetings, participating in career events for both Talent Acquisition. Assists with the development and planning of programs to support the department. Develops relationships with and acts as a liaison to internal and external contacts. Assists with data collection, data entry and other computer needs supporting department objectives as appropriate. Attends staff meetings and assists program staff to meet department needs. Schedule Interviews, travel arrangements and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School plus 2 years or more of formal training or education is required.
  • Associates degree is required
  • 3 to 5 years experience preferably as an Administrative Assistant, Program Assistant or Database Support.
  • One year of progressively related experience, beyond three years may be substituted for 1 year of the required education, with a maximum substitution of two years.
