Position Summary

This role will assist in resource management for the Information Services (IS) division across projects, production support and operational activities. The position will be responsible for providing support to the portfolio management function that aligns with the Information Services objectives and strategic goals for the division, supporting the overall organizations strategic goals. The candidate will provide analytical and advisory support to leadership in the division. This position performs duties related to collecting, managing, analyzing and reporting of data and information for the purposes of benchmarking, opportunity evaluation, process improvement, and planning and performance evaluation for new and existing projects, programs, and services.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS Degree BA/BS Degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance or information systems or related field preferred.
Minimum of one to three years related experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software programs.
Basic understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
Demonstrated knowledge of the organizations core business processes and operations, along with the strategic use of technology to grow a business.
Novice to intermediate experience in planning and resource management.
Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
Ability to understand and communicate/present basic business solutions.
Ability to communicate up and down the management chain, providing the appropriate level of detail and focus on the right information.
