Position Summary
Under the Clinical Supervision of the Medical Director of Respiratory Care and the overall supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Care and the Respiratory Care Supervisor the Clinical Instructor performs as the key resource person for Respiratory Care students. Coordinates student assignments based on student need and completion of lab checkoffs provided by the school. Keeps Supervisor and preceptors well informed in advance of student issues and requirements. Liaison between the department, the school and student activities. Teaches, directs, evaluates, leads and supports the policies and procedures of the department for all patient age groups.
