Position Summary
This position supports the maintenance of the Human Resources Information System in addition to other systems supported by HRIS.
The HRIS Technical Analyst provides analytical and technical support to the Human Resources Division and other key stakeholders as identified.
This includes implementation experience, system improvement projects and daily operational support for the various Human Resources applications within Vidant Health. Supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing other technical projects.
Minimum Requirements
High School plus 2 years or more of formal training/education.
Specify: Associate Associate College Degree: (major)Computer Science, Business or Heathcare related field
College Degree (4 yrs) Major:Bachlelor's degree preferred
Two additional years of experience may be substituted for the required education with a minimum of one year of experience in Peoplesoft or similar computer application required.
One to three years of functional knowledge in HR, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll practices preferred. Strong analytical, problem resolution, written and verbal communication and customer services skills required. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team environment. Skills in operations and functions of MS Office required.
