Vidant Medical Center is a 900+ bed Level-1 Trauma Center, regional referral hospital and is the flagship hospital for Vidant Health. We serve as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Vidant Medical Center provides acute, intermediate, rehabilitation and outpatient services to more than 1.4 million people in 29 counties.   • Assist with adding new supply items or remove supply items from pyxis machines
  • Check pyxis for missing labels, broken buttons, broken bins, etc. and facilitate fixing
  • Conduct a complete inventory of pyxis supply items and counts
  • Organize/straighten up supply room, pyxis supply bins, and shelves
  • Reconcile temporary patients from pyxis patient list
  • Remove expired supplies and update supply expiration dates
  • Restock returned/unused supplies into pyxis
  • Retrieval of items from the stockroom to address short-term supply need
  • Retrieve specialty items from stockroom or other areas throughout the hospital
  • Return items to stockroom
  • Review and update pyxis inventory counts
  • Review pyxis low/critical inventory report

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma with less than 1 year of supply or warehouse experience with shipping & receiving activity.

  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
