Position Summary

The Licensed Occupational Therapist coordinates and manages Occupational Therapy services to patients in their homes. This position is based in Windsor, N.C.

Minimum Requirements

Zero to two years related experience

Passed or eligible for the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Must maintain a valid North Carolina drivers license or be licensed in the state of residence and maintain the hospital required insurance limits.

Licensed or provisionally licensed by the State of North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy.

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Bachelor's Degree or higher.
