Position Summary

Responds to trouble calls. Repairs trouble if within capacity. Performs routine preventive maintenance and other skilled maintenance tasks related to utilities and various equipment as necessary. Uses common hand tools, test equipment, machines, power equipment, and related equipment. Assists in maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment. Performs miscellaneous duties. May call maintenance technician or trade specialist to work areas for emergencies. Cleans work area and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School / equivalent or higher is required
• 3 - 4 years of experience is required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience may be substituted for applicable education

  • Thursday - Sunday 
  • Thursday & Friday - 8 Hour Shifts 
  • Saturday & Sunday - 12 Hour Shifts
