Position Summary
The Magnet Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program, including Magnet Designation and Magnet Redesignation processes. This role will also provide support for policy and procedure management, shared decision-making councils, specialty certification, DAISY program, and nursing data management. Under the direction of the Director, Magnet & Nursing Professional Practice, the Magnet Program Coordinator will be assigned work based on the organizational needs to support the nursing professional practice environment and achievement of nursing excellence.
Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree is required. Preferably in a health related degree or business administration.
1 to 3 years related work experience is required.
Microsoft Office Suite experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams is required.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
