Position Summary
Provide comprehensive multisite practice management to assigned locations.
Provides daily staff and provider resource management.
Effective communication of standards and expectations with all staff and providers. Leads by example, inspires and motivates staff to achieve organizational objectives. Promotes individual growth and accountability. Maintains appropriate staffing levels as hiring authority for assigned practices, ensures compliance with workplace policies.
Provides visible leadership to assigned locations. Ensures efficient practice performance through management of all operational aspects. Implements best practices, measures and monitors outcomes.
Working knowledge of all practice associated information systems. Ensures throughput and scheduling templates maximize resources. Familiarity with regulatory aspects of Medicare, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.
Coordination of activities necessary to render compliant, quality patient care and ensure optimal access. Promotes patient satisfaction, safety and commitment to CQI process.
Participates in the planning and developmental process and possesses a thorough understanding of organizational strategy. Assists with regional practice integration planning. Supports service line and product expansion in assigned practices as appropriate. Develops and maintains proficiency with practice start up operations.
Maintains a solid understanding of the budgeting and revenue cycle processes. Participates in establishing budgets for assigned practices. Understands cost control processes. Monitors financial performance progress and adherence to budget. Develops proficiency in analyzing revenue cycle performance data and participates in developing processes to improve operating metrics.
Minimum Requirements
4 year college degree- or higher.
Less than 1 year experience required.
