Position Summary
Leads the Center for Learning and Performance, Professional Development Specialists (Nursing), Professional Development Associate and Community Training Center for achieving professional development outcomes. Inspire new levels of creativity and innovation within the organization to positively impact patient outcomes.
Will add director responsibilities that supervise teams/managers.
Serves as the Primary Nurse Planner for continuing nursing education with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health.

Minimum Requirements
MSN in Nursing Education is required- or higher.
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of North Carolina. Professional Nursing
Professional Development Certification required.
3 years to 5 years experience in clinical practice with evidence of clinical knowledge, leadership, and teaching is required.
