Position Summary
Handle all clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing; entering and reconciling patient charges; acting as receptionist, guide, and general information person for the department; maintaining records and other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (or higher)
One to two years of formal medical assistant, medical office training, or customer service experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using EHR systems and other medical software.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
Other Information
Full time with benefits - 40 hours per week
Day shift: Monday-Friday
