Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring the invoicing process between Human Service Organizations (HSO) and Prepaid Health Plans (PHP) for quality and accuracty. Provision of technical assistance to include HSO on-site training and problem resolution as it relates to invocing processes. Completion of HSO on-site audits to detect/prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure network integrity.

Minimum Requirements

Associate college degree is required

Full time with benefits

Day shift: 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

******Remote 2 days/week********

Billing/Invoicing background is preferred

Medicaid experience is plus

Excellent customer service experience
