Position Summary
Directly supervises all employees and their respective action in their assigned areas to ensure the ordering, preparation, delivery, and service of quality food to patients, employees, and visitors. Cash handling policies and procedures are followed and stellar customer service is provided . Serves as a working supervisor coordinating activities of workers or service employees involved in the At Your Request (AYR) program while performing day today assignments.
Minimum Requirements
High School or equivalent is required.
Ability to complete Serve Safe Certification within the 1st year of employment is required. Must be able to become recertified every 3 years.
Must be able to read, write and speak English (Bilingual in Spanish is preferred)
1 to 3 years experience in customer service. Supervision of minimum of 5 or more people is required.

Rotating Shifts: The shifts are 8hour shifts every other weekend.
