ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.

Position Summary

  • Assists in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Participates in the assessment of patients.
  • Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
  • Attends educational programs and staff orientation to promote professional development.
  • Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
  • Participates in the Service Excellence Program.

Minimum Requirements

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Diploma 
  • Active North Carolina (NC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or compact state

Other Information

  • Department/Location: ECU Health Behavioral Health Clinic in Washington, NC 
  • This position is full-time - Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 5:00pm) and Friday (8:00am - 12:00pm)
