The James and Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital, located on the campus of ECU Health Medical Center, is designed to care for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. Position Summary
The Pediatric Dietary Clerk will ensure meal entry is completed and appropriate for all pediatric patients at Maynard Children's. The Pediatric Dietary Clerk will collaborate with nursing to identify patients who need assistance with ordering, meal set-up and/or feeding. The Pediatric Dietary Clerk will troubleshoot, document, and conduct a daily survey of dietary related issues including accuracy and delivery concerns. The Pediatric Dietary Clerk will maintain unit level dietary stock on a daily basis to ensure availability of formula/supplements.
