Position Summary

• Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. 
• Participates in the assessment of patients.
• Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
• Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
• Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in Service Excellence Program.

Minimum Requirements

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• LPN Diploma
• Active NC LPN License or compact state

Other Information

• Department/Location: ECU Health Internal Medicine Clinic in Washington, NC 
• This position is full-time - 32 hrs/week 
• Shift 10 hrs x 4 days a week with occasional coverage needed for weekends
