Position Summary

Provide safe and effective individual or group instruction while creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to motivation, learning and fun.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective individual or group instruction through verbal and demonstration of equipment and techniques, observing participants and informing them of corrective measures while creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to motivation, learning and fun. Select, choreograph and lead instructional methods appropriate for audience. Maintain certifications and stay abreast of industry advances and best practices.

Model mission, vision and values; follow policies and procedures; actively contribute to organizational goals, promotion of services, team engagement and experience, customer experience and retention, process and quality improvements.

Minimum Requirements

High School or Equivalent (GED) or higher.

Zero to two years related experience.

CPR certification by one of the following organizations:   American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute

Certified though accredited fitness and wellness organization.
