Job Description

Position Summary

The Recruitment Media Specialist is responsible for providing sourcing support to the ECU Health Physician Recruitment Team. The successful applicant will take the lead on sourcing applicants using various forms of advertising including posting job ads, creating and implementing email campaigns, registering and preparing recruiters for regional, virtual and national career fairs, creating flyers and print collateral used at career fairs, and creating hotel welcome gifts for candidates.

The position offers the ability to work with a high performing dynamic team of physician recruiters who are responsible for the recruitment of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs and Midwives for the ECU Health system of care. Highlights of the position include a Monday-Friday daytime schedule and the ability to work remotely several days per week. Applicants will need to be in close proximity to the physician recruitment office located in Greenville, NC.

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years’ experience in physician recruitment, marketing, human resources or similar role in a healthcare setting is required. Marketing or communication degree is preferred.
  • Applicants must be proficient in Canva and Adobe InDesign or similar platforms used for graphic design.
