Position Summary

The Student Extern demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age, disease process and cultural/spiritual needs of the patient in a variety of clinical settings.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a student in an Accredited program pursuing an Associate degree-or higher.

Other Information

• Primary Shift: PRN (as needed)
  • Rotate weekends and holidays
  • 4 hour shifts after clinicals and class during the week
• On Call: No 
• Weekends: Yes
• Must be a student in 3rd or 4th semester in a Radiology/Diagnostic program.
