Rehab Medicine is an acute unit that provides care to various population of patients. Some of our patients are admitted directly from Intensive Care in order to begin improving better outcomes for the patient and to hopefully reduce the length of stay for the patient. Listed below are some of the common diagnoses of our patient’s population included but not limited to:
Rehab Medicine unit mission is to provide outstanding patient care and improve the functionality of the patient, in hopes of returning these patients back to home and the community functioning at the highest level.
