About ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a campus of ECU Health Medical Center

ECU Health Beaufort Hospital is located in Washington and serves as a campus ECU Health Medical Center, our Level I Trauma Center in Greenville. The 142-bed full-service hospital offers a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services including medical, surgical, intensive care, emergency, pediatrics and women’s services. In addition there is a lab, diagnostic imaging services, physical and respiratory therapy. The facility also features the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center, offering leading-edge chemotherapy and radiation therapy, among other cancer services.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the SCM Manager, the Inventory System Coordinator provides safe, expedient, cost-effective services. This position evaluates and manages PAR levels with all materials web requisitions. Additionally, the Inventory System Coordinator conducts cycle count inventories on materials supply stations to ensure accuracy and to remove any outdated products.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required- or higher.
  • 1 to 5 years experience required in Materials Services, Purchasing or related.

  • Primary Shift: Days; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30
  • Weekends: No 
  • Material Services Department
