Position Summary
The Recreational Therapist (LRT I) provides safe, expedient, cost-effective recreational services. As a Recreational Therapist, you will work in an inpatient psychiatric setting with patients for whom abilities to cope with tasks of living are threatened or impaired by bio-psychosocial maladjustments. Recreational Therapists are involved in clinical decision-making (such as patient assessment, treatment selection and reassessment of treatment efficacy), goal directed care planning and patient education.
