ECU Health Physicians is multi-specialty group with over 600 providers in more than 140 primary and specialty clinics across more than 110 locations in eastern North Carolina.

ECU Health Multispecialty Clinic Tarboro combines local doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants who have years of experience caring for the community, with a brand new state-of the-art medical facility offering integrated, convenient and patient-centered care.

Position Summary

The Practice Manager provides leadership, direction and administration to aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its objectives. Supervise staff and oversee the activities of Clinic Staff and Providers of ECU Health Physicians.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Graduate, GED, or higher required

• Two or more years experience in hospital and primary care setting in a management position. Experience in all areas of a medical office practice

• Knowledge of health care rules and regulations

• Organizational and leadership skills

• Requires telephone and computer skills on a daily basis

• Must have good public relations skills with the ability to interact with staff and providers

Preferred:

• BS in Business Administration

Other Information

• 40 hours a week

• Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
