Position Summary

The Imaging Informatics Assistant will support radiologists, physicians, technologists, patients, and other medical staff in the acquisition and distribution of digital and hard copy patient images. The IIA works in conjunction with the PACS coordinator and IT staff to ensure the maintenance and integrity of the patients Radiology imaging records.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent (GED) or higher degree required.
  • One year customer service experience or equivalency required
  • One year working with computer systems required
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred
  • Experience working in a fast paced and high volume position preferred
