Position Summary
Provides patient care through

Delegates appropriate tasks to assistants, technicians, and supervises
Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, students, community members and assists with new employee orientation
Assists with or performs special projects and/or research
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Position Requirements Graduation from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy with a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Progressive and dynamic knowledge of Physical Therapy and a willingness to participate in continuing education, to remain current in new theories of treatment.
Ability to work with other health care professionals in a manner that will ensure continued cooperative efforts is required.
Current Valid License for Physical Therapy by The North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
At least one year of experience in a hospital or rehabilitation type setting is required to be employed in a Flat Rate Physical Therapy position.
Non Flat Rate Position:
More than 2 years but less than 3 years experience is required
