Directly supervises all employees and their respective action in their assigned areas to ensure the ordering, preparation, delivery, and service of quality food to patients, employees, and visitors. Serves as a working supervisor coordinating activities of workers or service employees engaged in the At Your Request (AYR) program while performing day today assignments. Assists in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Assists in monitoring employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity. Provides supervision of day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities. Orients and trains employees and interns on job tasks for call center operator, host/hostess, and the ambassador. Works with customers and employees to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, accuracy, and problem resolution. Provides assistances to other areas of the AYR program as needed.
