Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the East Carolina University Health (ECU Health) Value Analysis process. This position is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of efficient and effective linkages and cost savings strategies and tactics relative to product selection/utilization/standardization that best fit the needs of the organization and that meet cost, quality, and outcome targets.
Incumbent is expected to have an in depth knowledge of existing patient care systems and products needed to support those systems. Must be current on research methods and sources for new information on supplies and technology.
